The Pro-Life Committee of St. John the Beloved exists to help educate the faithful on the life issues (primarily abortion and euthanasia), to pray for an end to assaults on human life, and to assist those tempted to abortion. Members help organize parish participation in the annual March for Life and also pray outside the Falls Church abortion clinic a regular basis.

We will be having a 40 Days for Life kick-off prayer vigil on Tuesday, September 26th at 7 pm in front of the Falls Church Center 900 S Washington St #300, Falls Church, VA 22046. This vigil marks the beginning of the fall campaign to end abortion.
Throughout the coming 6 week campaign, St. John the Beloved parishioners will be praying at the Falls Church abortion center on Thursdays. As in previous campaigns, parishioners are asked to pray for at least one hour and witness to the sanctity of life. Hourly sign-ups are available from 7 am until 7 pm.
